What we collect

When you submit an inefficiency, we collect your description of the problem, your work email address and, if you provide it, your company name.

Please do not include confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the problem description.

Why we use it

We use submission details to assess the problem you describe and to follow up with you. We do not use a submission to add you to a marketing list.

How the form is delivered

Our form is processed by Formspree. Submissions are stored in our Formspree account and delivered to us by email. Formspree may also process technical data such as your IP address, browser information, referring page and access time to operate and protect its service.

Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries. Its handling of personal information is described in the Formspree privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We retain submission details only for as long as reasonably needed to assess and follow up on the enquiry, or to meet applicable legal requirements. Service-provider retention may also depend on our account settings and the provider’s policy.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information connected with your submission by emailing support@makeordinary.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant submission.
